Common Questions

Our stores are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Closed Sundays and public holidays). 24/7 Black Box drop-off is also available at our Braddon location.

Our dog wash service is exclusively available at our Hawker store (38 Hawker Pl, Hawker ACT 2614). It is not available at our Braddon or Kingston locations.

Standard service takes 2–3 business days. Express turnaround (24 hours) and same-day service are available and subject to premium pricing. We'll confirm your turnaround time and pricing when we call to confirm your booking.

No minimum for store drop-offs. For door-to-door pickup, we recommend a minimum of $30 in services to make the trip worthwhile. B&B and corporate accounts have their own arrangements.

Yes — we cover all ACT suburbs. Visit our Service Areas page for a full list. Our stores are located in Braddon (54/40 Mort St), Hawker (38 Hawker Pl, Hawker ACT 2614), and Kingston (Shop 1/45 Jardine St, Kingston ACT).

Payment is made at collection or on delivery — not upfront. We accept card, cash, and bank transfer. Corporate accounts can be invoiced.
